What the tools are

The Policy Wind-Tunnel and the readiness check are structured thinking aids. They apply published foresight methods to the judgements you enter. The results reflect those judgements and the transparent formulas described on the Methods page.

What they are not

They are not forecasts, legal advice, financial advice or an official assessment. Example signals, presets, scenarios and policies are illustrative and labelled as such. They are not the official scenarios of the institutions that inspired them, and do not represent the views of those institutions.

Your content

What you create is yours. Because it stays in your browser, you are responsible for exporting and keeping copies you need.

Our content

You may quote and share the texts on this site with attribution to Foresight Policies and a link. Third-party reports remain the property of their authors; we link to them rather than reproduce them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep sources and figures accurate, but we cannot guarantee that they are complete or current. Please check the linked sources before relying on a figure. Spotted an error? Tell us.
